Here’s some background on Caprine Supreme from owner Sheryl Jaskolski
Caprine Supreme is a farmstead operation, where my husband and I use only the milk from our herd of dairy goats for our products. Our goats have been raised from birth here on our farm for the past 10 years. They are raised in an open environment with access to the outdoors and pasture at all times, even in the winter months they are often outside basking in the sun. There are no stalls, rather spacious living areas. They are milked twice a day in a milking parlor and fed grains and hay. They are never given any hormones of any kind and antibiotics are used as a last resort to keep the animal alive with the milk then being withheld from the product milk. They are given an ample supply of free choice mineral at all times, which alone keeps most health issues in check. Our goats will gladly greet any visitor that they can because they are happy, friendly goats. We let the goats be goats; we do not push them for maximum production. Our goats are part of our family. Because our processing plant being on farm, we are able to make yogurt, cheese and bottled milk with the freshest milk possible.
